COMMON QUERIES AND QUESTIONS
1. How can I make a reservation?
Simply click on the reservation link on the top right of this page or call us any time at (914) 707-2345 to speak with a reservation specialist who will be happy to assist you. A credit card is needed to hold any reservation.
2. What payment method do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
3. Why should I open an account?
Opening a customer account with Yorkies makes future reservations even quicker and easier. For example, once you have an account, you can simply shoot us a text or email stating what you want and need – done!
4. How far in advance do I need to reserve?
Idealistically, one week ahead of time to ensure availability but definitely feel free to contact us with your needs/requests at any time.
5. I’m traveling with an infant and a toddler. Do you provide car seats and do you charge for that?
No problem. Many of our clients travel with infants and small children. We have appropriate car and booster seats to offer you free of charge.
6. How will I know who is picking me up?
You will receive a text from one of our Reservation Specialists with your assigned driver’s name and cell phone number.
7. What is your waiting-time policy?
For non-airport pick-ups, we will wait 5 minutes at no charge. Any time beyond that is applied to the client’s invoice at a charge of $5 every 1st 5 minutes. For airport trips, we wait 90 minutes free of charge for all domestic flights and 120 minutes, free of charge, for all international flights.
8. Is Yorkies responsible for items lost/left behind?
Although we’re not responsible for any personal items lost/left behind, we’re happy to say that any time a passenger accidentally left behind any of their belongings, the driver/company has always made it their business return it to its rightful owner. Call it an act of integrity, if you will.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Client’s are able to cancel all sedan reservations, without charge, with at least 3 hours advanced notice. Please allow 3 days advanced notice when reserving an SUV. For a stretch, clients will be charged a non-refundable deposit at the point of booking. Keep in mind, clients are responsible for the full charge beyond this grace period.
